Today’s Workout 2-28-2013

Set timer to 22 rounds of 40/10 and remember to modify if necessary;)

1- JUMPING JACKS

2- STEP UPS-step up on the tire making lead leg do the work. For extra intensity, hold sandbag over shoulder. One set per leg

3- PISTOL- Single leg squats. Individual set for each leg.

4- SINGLE LEG LUNGE- begin facing away from tire or chair with top of one foot resting on tire or chair, other foot is on the ground. Lunges!

5- PUSHUP / SANDBAG CLEAN SQUAT PRESS- Select an appropriate weight. Drop into pushup, hop in, clean the sandbag, squat with sandbag then press sandbag up.

6- 10 HIGH KNEES / 2 TUCK JUMPS

11- CROSSBODY KNEE TO ELBOW-Begin with hands behind head, shoulders flat, legs extended, feet off the ground. Bring knees up and cross body to the left, extend back out and then up and to the right, alternate.
