Today’s Workout 2-4-2013

Set timer to 20 rounds of 50/10

1-HIGH KNEES-cardio..hopping from one foot to the next. Bring those knees high. 90% output

2-AROUND THE WORLD / SQUAT- begin with sandbag behind shoulders, rotate sandbag to the right and back to shoulder position, squat, repeat on the left side, squat, repeat alternating

3-SQUAT JUMP BURPEE-one jumping squat forward, drop into burpee, pop up into squat position, repeat

4-ALTERNATING STAR ABS–begin laying flat with arms and legs in star position, explode up touching opposite hand to toe, repeat-alternating sides

5-SANDBAG CURL-select appropriate weight but push it
