  1. Squat/ touch/ jump
  2. Jumping jacks
  3. Sandbag swing
  4. Abs in & out’s

Phase II

Rep challenge  50 reps each= 350

  1. Reverse Pull Ups
  2. Triceps Dips
  3. Bicep Curls
  4. Around The World
  5. Squats
  6. Shoulder Press
  7. Bent Over Row
