Phase I

30 seconds work 10 seconds rest for 24 rounds

1. Half Burpee /  Sand Bag Swing

2. Low Jacks

3. 1 Leg Stagger Push Ups alternate L&R

4. Low Jacks

Phase II

50 sec work/ 10 sec rest  for 4 rounds

  1. Side plank leg raise left
  2. Side Plank Leg lift Right
  3. Mason twist
  4. Leg lift hip raise
