 2. 3 Per Side Lunge and Twist

 3. 25 V  Abs Using The Sandbag

 4. 3 Per Side Lunge and Twist

 5. 25 Side to side lungs using the  Sandbag

 6. 25 Mountain Climbers Opposite Elbow

Phase II

 50 Seconds Work / 10 Second Rest.  16 rounds

 1. Jump Over /  2 Squats

 2. 5 Bucking Broncos /  5 Jump Ins

 3. Jump In –Out-In  /  Burpee

 4. plank toe –touch (Left to right)

 5.  10 high knees / 5 Push Ups

 6. Push- up Walk in /Walk out

 7. Plank press up/ Star Burpee

 8. Sliding Push ups
