Today’s Workout 6-5-2012

Set your timer to 12 rounds of 50/10 and get ready to get sweaty! Remember, 90% output is the goal, otherwise you may as well be going to the gym for hours. Enjoy the results!

1) HIGH KNEES-cardio..hoppng from one foot to the next. Bring those knees high

2) PLYO SPLIT SQUATS- Jumping full squats with a bladed stance, alternating sides

3) TIRE JUMPS- Jump up to tire and back maintaining squat position throughout, working hamstrings and quads

4) HIGH KNEES-cardio..hoppng from one foot to the next. Bring those knees high

5) TUCK JUMPS- Jump high, tucking legs up

5) STAR BURPEES- Like regular burpees only instead of high jump..explode into a star
