Today’s Workout 3-12-2012

Rep Challenge Workout: Pyramid Style
Do 10 rep each first time though , then 9, then 8, etc…

Phase 1

1) Sand bag swing
2) Shovel left using the Sandbag
3) Shovel right using Sandbag
4) Clean and Press Sandbag

Phase II

Set your interval timer to 50/10 3 for 3 rounds

1) Reptile Push Up
2) Mountain Climbers
3) Star Push Ups
