  2.  20x hanging squat clean, lunge, lunge push press
  3.  200x Step ups
  4.  30x hanging squat clean, and a front squat
  5.  300x Step ups
  6.  120x Sandbag Get ups 60 each side

 10 Rounds

  • 3x Pull ups
  • 5x Push ups
  • 10x Sit ups
