Today’s Workout 1-9-2012

400 Rep challenge

• 75 Rep High Knees with Jump rope (or not) X 4 sets
• 25 Rep “V” Sit Ups X 4 sets

I will also have sand bag stations set up for:

• Half Burpee w sand bag curl -15 reps X 3 sets
• Single leg, single arm sand bag row – 15 reps X 3 sets
• Reverse push ups – 15 reps X 3 sets
