A Market is hosting a Fit & Food Fair and Checkmate will be there! We will have a table set up and plan to do a mini clinic / demo! Come meet the many places you can go for support in your health endeavors…meet the many naturopathic doctors, find out where to go for acupuncture, holistic care, a massage and more. Sample tasty treats, win prizes and participate in fitness activities and more. We will be there from 11am to 2pm.
